成仙之路

Another great show of Cirque du Soleil. When I saw gigantic billboards of “Love” outside the Mirage hotel on Las Vegas strip, I know it was a “must see” show in Vegas.
As a big fan of Classic Rock, you know, those 60’s and 70’s psychedelic rock and roll and stuff, I had great expectations for this show.

這次到 Las Vegas 下榻的飯店是有名房地產大亨 Donald Trump 旗下的 Trump International Hotel and Tower, Las Vegas. 他們殷勤周到的服務讓我留下深刻的印象。

說起來還真老土,今天竟是我第一天帶著筆電到咖啡廳去。
是為了逃難吧， 別有一番不同的心情！
平常懶得和朋友家人MSN, 今天卻異常起勁。

台灣人善良，為何治安那麼差？
台灣人聰明，為何大學在國際間默默無名？
台灣人很會做生意，為何老百姓失業沒有飯吃？

This morning I played Radiohead’s most recent album, “In Rainbows”, on the way to work and felt that I did appreciate more than listened to it randomly from iTune. I was dragged into the vibe, and had sacred feeling that I had before. In stead of “listening” to the album, I’d rather say that I was “worshiping” it.

Would you rather prefer to buy CDs or download mp3s? Since most people have access to internet nowadays, downloading mp3 seems to become mainstream. Why? It’s fast, easy, cheaper, and even free. Don’t get me wrong. I’m not trying to encourage illegal downloading here, but it seems that mp3s will soon substitute physical CD Albums. Well, it is sad when it comes true.

前不久，看了一本村上隆的著作，藝術創業論，引起了我的一些共鳴。恰好他在Los Angeles 也辦了個展覽，於是上個週末，去了一趟 The Geffen Contemporary of MOCA, 看了©Murakami展覽。
